Delete your Society Platform account

Society Platform is published by MobiSprig Apps. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the Android app installed.

Email privacy@mobisprig.com from an address you can access and include the mobile number used for Society Platform. We may ask you to verify control of that mobile number before processing the request.

What is deleted

When the request can be completed, we remove active account identifiers, sessions, society memberships, preferences and consent records. If you are the sole owner of a society, we will ask you to transfer ownership first.

What may be retained

Limited financial, payment, complaint, receipt and security/audit records may be retained where reasonably needed for society accounting, dispute handling, fraud/security prevention or legal obligations. Those records are separated from an active sign-in profile after deletion.

You can also initiate account deletion in the app at Profile → Privacy & your data → Request account deletion.
