Delete your account with or without the app.
Society Platform users can start account deletion from the Android app or through the external process below.

Option 1 — Request deletion in the app
Open Society Platform and go to Profile → Privacy & your data → Request account deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@mobisprig.com with the subject Society Platform account deletion request. Include the mobile number used for Society Platform, including country code, and optionally your name and society name. Do not send your OTP or any password.
We may ask you to verify control of the mobile number before processing the request.
What is deleted
When the request can be completed, active account identifiers, sessions, society memberships, preferences and consent records are removed or deactivated as applicable. If you are the sole owner of a society, ownership must be transferred before deletion can complete.
What may be retained
Limited financial, payment, receipt, complaint and security/audit records may be retained where reasonably needed for society accounting, dispute handling, fraud/security prevention or legal obligations. Those retained records are separated from an active sign-in profile after deletion.
