A clear route to delete your account.
MobiSprig apps that support accounts provide an in-app deletion route where applicable. This page also provides an external path when the app is unavailable.
Society Platform
Society Platform users can request deletion in the app at Profile → Privacy & your data → Request account deletion, or use the public Society Platform account deletion page.
CityTrace
CityTrace users with an account can use the in-app privacy controls or the public CityTrace account deletion page.
Other MobiSprig apps
Email privacy@mobisprig.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and include the app name plus enough account information to locate the correct account. Do not send passwords or OTP codes.
Verification
We may need to verify that the person making the request controls the relevant account before processing deletion.
Retention
After a valid request is completed, active account data is removed or anonymized according to the applicable app privacy notice, except for limited records that may need to be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, accounting, dispute or recordkeeping reasons.
