A clear route to delete your account.
MobiSprig applications that support user accounts will provide an in-app deletion route where applicable. This page provides an external path for users who need help with account or data deletion.
Request deletion
Email privacy@mobisprig.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
Please include the name of the MobiSprig application and enough account information for us to locate the correct account. Do not send passwords or OTP codes.
Verification
We may need to verify that the person making the request controls the account before processing deletion. The verification method will depend on the application and the account information available.
What happens next
After a valid request is verified, the applicable account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized according to the app's privacy notice, except where specific information must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, regulatory or recordkeeping reasons.
