What should I include in a support email?
The app name, the device/model if relevant, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any error message you saw. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose sensitive information.
Should I send passwords or OTP codes?
No. Never send passwords, one-time passwords, recovery codes or other authentication secrets to support.
