Website data
The public MobiSprig website works without creating an account and does not ask visitors to submit sensitive personal information through website forms. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and requested pages for security, reliability and server logging.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not require advertising cookies or behavioral tracking to function. If analytics or additional services are introduced later, this notice will be updated before those services are used in a way that changes the disclosures on this page.
Emails
If you contact MobiSprig Apps by email, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, provide support, handle privacy requests and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Application-specific privacy
Individual MobiSprig applications may process information required for their features and accounts. Society Platform has a dedicated privacy notice. CityTrace has a dedicated privacy notice covering its guest-first experience, optional account, foreground location use, check-in processing, export and deletion controls.
