Delete your Society Platform account and associated data.

Request deletion from the web

Email privacy@mobisprig.com with the subject Society Platform Account Deletion Request.

Include the mobile number associated with the account, including country code, and optionally the display name so we can identify the correct account. Do not send a password, OTP, recovery code or payment credential.

In-app deletion

If you still have access to Society Platform, you can also use Profile → Privacy & your data to request account deletion or data export.

Verification

We may need to verify that the requester controls the account before completing deletion. Verification is used to prevent unauthorized deletion. The external request does not require you to reinstall the app merely to start the request.

What is deleted

When deletion is completed, the current service removes or clears active profile identifiers such as your name and mobile number, society/property membership links, membership requests, privacy preferences/consents, sponsorship preferences where applicable, and active sessions. Account access is revoked.

Information that may be retained

Some records may need to be retained for legitimate accounting, dispute, security, fraud-prevention or legal reasons. This may include limited financial/payment records, complaint records and security/audit evidence. Where retained, active profile identifiers are removed or minimized where applicable, and the records are not kept merely to continue an active account.

Society-owner safeguard

If the account is the sole owner/administrator of a society, ownership or responsibility may need to be transferred before deletion can be completed so that the community is not left without an authorized administrator.
